Healthy Flora

The Problem
Antibiotic use, prescription hormones, many other prescription medications, diets high in carbohydrates, and poor or incomplete digestion, have resulted in excessive yeast overgrowth in many individuals.

This overgrowth can manifest most commonly in the large intestine, but is also common on the skin, in the mouth, toes, and vaginal area.

The Effect
The effect of the above lifestyle issues is the overgrowth of yeast and the significant decline or elimination of healthy flora in the large intestine.

These healthy flora are actually very beneficial providing us with natural sources
of B-Vitamins, as well as numerous other anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.

There are many different symptoms that can be related to this problem. Our focus will be the key problems related to weight control.

These include increased cravings for sugars and other carbohydrates, fatigue (mental and/or physical), bloating and water retention.

All of these can result in the return of weight gain.

The Solution
There is a fair possibility that if you experienced some of these or other yeast related symptoms prior to starting your Weight Loss & Wellness For Life Program that they will have either significantly improved or disappeared.

The key is to ensure that this condition is thoroughly resolved and healthy flora is well established.

Creating a healthy flora is relatively easy for most patients. The keys are a very healthy diet (which you now have), eradicating any excessive yeast overgrowth (killing the bad guys) through the use of various herbal and or nutritional products, and the support of healthy flora with probiotic formulas (probiotic formulas feed the good guys or healthy flora).

The establishment of healthy flora results not only in the elimination of the yeast related symptoms, it also significantly contributes to a healthier immune system, increasing your resistance to colds and flu’s as well as making it easier for you to maintain your Weight Loss & Wellness For Life.
